When nature is not enough

Our campsite is for those who love nature and spend their time outdoors. But when you don't feel like cycling, hiking, visiting nearby attractions or just enjoying life on the beach or at the pool, you can choose to participate in some of the activities we arrange here.

Autumn and Winter at Hedebo Strand

With a tent, motorhome, caravan, etc.

Stay on the beach or close to the service facilities for DKK 230 (all-inclusive).

During autumn and winter, you can set up your tent or park your motorhome, caravan, etc., either on the beach or in the "New York" area - all-inclusive - for DKK 230 per night.

In a lodge with a sea view or near the entrance

You can enjoy the autumn right by the sea - and just 2.5 km from the charming town of Sæby - in one of our lodges, available through November 15, 2026. Here, you enjoy cozy comfort and your own private bathroom and toilet.

15.7 2026: Hedebo Strand Car Meet at 18-21

As in the past 35 years, hundreds of car enthusiasts from near and far will come this summer evening.

The owners of the old vintage cars and not so old special, different, converted cars meet as always on the third Wednesday in July.

The tradition was started by the first generation at this campsite, Bendt Christensen (1933-2023), back in the 70s. His heart was especially for motorcycles, and therefore he established the annual Hedebo Strand Motorcycle Meet with his veteran motorcycle club (note that the motorcycle meet has been moved to Saturday, June 26).

You just show up for the car meet, there is no entrance fee, and it is possible to buy sausages, beer, water and other goodies at Hedebo Strand Super and Hedebo Strand Café.

28.6-29.6 2026: Weekend meeting motorcycles

Mark your calendar - more information to follow...

We have chosen to move our motorcycle meet, which we have held on the 3rd Tuesday in July for more than 40 years.

In 2025, we will hold the meet on Saturday, June 28, and there will be the opportunity for cheap accommodation and good food. More information to follow...

21.6-5.7 2026: Children stay for free

We invite all children to stay for free with their father, mother, aunts, uncles or grandparents in week 26 and 27 (21.6-5.7 incl.).

At the beginning of the school summer holidays, it can be difficult to pass time if mom and dad still have to work. So come camping with the little ones here with us.

The children stay for free, and during the week we also do some fun for them - see the calendar which is updated regularly. Bring a maximum of 3 children who do not have to pay, for a minimum of 3 days.

Per day you pay in the period 21.6-5.7:
Adult: 110 DKK  Child: 0 DKK (usually 95 DKK)

7.6-8.6 2026: Flea market at 10-17

Our popular flea market, which we have held at Pentecost for more than 45 years, is visited by several thousand guests from all over Denmark every year.

There are usually several hundred stalls here, located by the water's edge, on our many streets and alleys or set up by campers. They then sell out of their tents or the trunk.

Hedebo Strand Super and Hedebo Strand Café sell delicious food and drinks.

A stall only costs 440,- DKK for those two days for 7 facade meters and a car. If you are camping here, the stall is included in the price, if you want one.
